It is possible that during registration you have filled in your email address incorrectly and because of this, you may not receive a confirmation email. Log in to the site with your username and the password and the page that will load will have an email address. There you will see also a link to change it if it is not filled in correctly. Sometimes verification emails arrive in the Bulk / Spam folders. Look for them there. Once you open the email, you need to click on the link inside to complete the confirmation procedure.
