Some messages have disappeared from the Personal Messages folder. Why?
When a user is deleted, all his/her messages are automatically deleted.
There is also a limit to the number of messages stored, as well as the amount of time messages can be stored.
If you have the Elmaz Extra service activated:
* The total number of received messages that you can store in all folders is 1000
* The maximum number of sent messages that you can store is 250
* Your messages are stored without time limit
If you do not have the Elmaz Extra service activated:
* The total number of received messages that you can store in all folders is 250
* The maximum number of sent messages that you can store is 250
* Your messages are stored for up to 20 days from the date of receipt or sending
